With a record 8,000 visitors and 480 exhibitors, including all the world’s leading luxury brands, the Tax Free World Association World Exhibition & Conference 2025 once again establishes itself as the benchmark global event in the world of travel retail and duty-free.
To host this event, the sumptuous setting of the Palais des Festival in Cannes is undergoing an impressive transformation. The world’s top decorators have just a few days to set up the most beautiful stands of the luxury giants on 26,000m2 of exhibition space, so that the brands can showcase their products and organize magnificent receptions in and around the Palais.

So many trucks, equipment and goods have to be received on the Croisette, stored, managed from a customs point of view, and made available to decorators and exhibitors, with the high level of availability and care demanded by VIP exhibitors, in the very tight deadlines and highly constrained setting of the Palais des Festivals.
This is the speciality of the MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS team, which achieves this tour de force thanks to its experience, optimized year after year, as an official partner for over 40 years.
