l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e9volue.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Tarif douanier 2024: modifications et nouvelles nomenclatures europ\u00e9ennes<\/h2><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">L&rsquo;\u00e9dition de la nomenclature douani\u00e8re europ\u00e9enne <\/span><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">entr\u00e9e en vigueur au 1er janvier 2024<\/b><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">, a impliqu\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation de 23 codes et la suppression de 15 autres codes, en particulier dans les chapitres suivants du tarif 2024:<\/span><\/p><div><ul><li>Quelques changements impactent le chapitre des <strong>fruits et l\u00e9gumes comestibles et notamment les bananes <\/strong>(<strong>chapitre 08<\/strong>) ainsi que les <strong>tomates<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>chapitre 20<\/strong>).<\/li><li>En ce qui concerne le <strong>Chapitre 39 couvrant les mati\u00e8res plastiques et ouvrages en ces mati\u00e8res, <\/strong>on rel\u00e8ve des nouveaut\u00e9s au niveaux des d\u00e9chets de polym\u00e8res de l&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (3915).<\/li><li><strong>On retrouve des changements non significatifs au niveau du Chapitre 50 : <\/strong>soie et les d\u00e9chets de soie, ainsi qu\u2019au <strong>chapitre 56<\/strong> : ouates, feutres et non tiss\u00e9s; fils sp\u00e9ciaux; ficelles, cordes et cordages; articles de corderie.<\/li><li><strong>Chapitre 70 <\/strong>: verre et ouvrages en verre, <strong>le SH4 7019<\/strong> &#8211; Fibres de verre est concern\u00e9 par des changements.<\/li><li><strong>Chapitre 90 :<\/strong> instruments et appareils d&rsquo;optique, de photographie ou de cin\u00e9matographie, de mesure, de contr\u00f4le ou de pr\u00e9cision; instruments et appareils m\u00e9dico-chirurgicaux; parties et accessoires de ces instruments ou appareil.<ul><li>Les changements concernent principalement la famille des lasers, autres que les diodes laser; autres appareils et instruments d\u2019optique, non d\u00e9nomm\u00e9s ni compris ailleurs dans le pr\u00e9sent chapitre.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Chapitre 94<\/strong> : meubles; mobilier m\u00e9dico-chirurgical; articles de literie et similaires; luminaires et appareils d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage non d\u00e9nomm\u00e9s ni compris ailleurs; lampes-r\u00e9clames, enseignes lumineuses, plaques indicatrices lumineuses et articles similaires; constructions pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es.<ul><li>Les changements concernent principalement le SH4 9401 : si\u00e8ges (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exclusion de ceux du no 9402), m\u00eame transformables en lits, et leurs parties<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
