Cela laisse un peu de temps aux op\u00e9rateurs pour <strong>se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 ces changements<\/strong>, d\u2019autant que d\u2019autres chantiers et de nouveaux outils sont actuellement en cours de d\u00e9ploiement\u00a0: EORI SIREN, IC2, PTNS,\u2026\n<h2>Le nouveau format de la d\u00e9claration\u00a0en douane<\/h2>\nLe nouveau format implique un changement de forme, mais aussi de nouvelles donn\u00e9es.\n<h3>Disparition du DAU classique au profit de jeux de donn\u00e9es<\/h3>\nLa <strong>structure historique<\/strong> de la d\u00e9claration douani\u00e8re sous forme de <strong>rubriques num\u00e9rot\u00e9es<\/strong> et reprenant les intitul\u00e9s de chaque case de notre actuel DAU est d\u00e9finitivement abandonn\u00e9e.\n\nLa future d\u00e9claration consistera en un <strong>jeu de donn\u00e9es informatiques<\/strong> compos\u00e9 <strong>d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de donn\u00e9es et de sous-\u00e9l\u00e9ments de donn\u00e9es<\/strong> qui sera assez similaire aux d\u00e9clarations en douane \u00e9mises au Royaume-Uni (C88).\n<h3>Un format PDF de la d\u00e9claration douani\u00e8re<\/h3>\nIl est pr\u00e9vu que la <strong>d\u00e9claration H1 soit compl\u00e9tement d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e<\/strong>. Toutefois une <strong>impression en PDF<\/strong> sera possible, \u00e0 la demande g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des parties prenantes. Les op\u00e9rateurs font actuellement l\u2019objet d\u2019une large consultation, impliquant \u00a0leurs organisations professionnelles, et les \u00e9diteurs de logiciels douaniers, afin d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 un consortium autour du <strong>format PDF de d\u00e9claration douani\u00e8re<\/strong>. Rien n\u2019est encore s\u00fbr \u00e0 ce stade.\n\nLa Douane a d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9 un <strong>projet de PDF<\/strong> pour la d\u00e9claration douani\u00e8re destin\u00e9e \u00e0 ses agents. Le risque pour les op\u00e9rateurs, serait de se retrouver avec des <strong>restitutions PDF<\/strong> de d\u00e9clarations en douane tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019un \u00e9diteur \u00e0 un autre, avec des donn\u00e9es plus ou moins faciles \u00e0 d\u00e9chiffrer.\n<h3>Structure de la nouvelle d\u00e9claration en douane<\/h3>\nOn passe d\u2019un <strong>DAU \u00e0 54 cases<\/strong>, contenant actuellement environ 80 donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 une nouvelle <strong>d\u00e9claration en douane<\/strong> contenant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>120 donn\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0r\u00e9parties en plusieurs segments et th\u00e9matiques\u00a0:\n<ul>\n \t<li>11 &#8211; Informations sur le <strong>message<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>12 &#8211; <strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/strong> des messages, documents exportateur<\/strong> est, quant \u00e0 elle, rendue obligatoire sur les d\u00e9clarations d\u2019importation.<\/li><li>Diff\u00e9renciation et identification du <strong>repr\u00e9sentant<\/strong> et du <strong>d\u00e9clarant<\/strong> sur la d\u00e9claration<\/li><li>Les indications li\u00e9es aux <strong>incoterms<\/strong> devront \u00eatre plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les chargeurs devront d\u00e8s que possible <strong>se former sur la lecture<\/strong> de la nouvelle d\u00e9claration en douane et revoir leur <strong>bordereaux d\u2019instructions douane<\/strong> pour leur
