and Identification\u00a0\u00bb (enregistrement et identification des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques<\/strong>). Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un<strong>num\u00e9ro d&rsquo;identification communautaire unique<\/strong>, attribu\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques et n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9aliser toutes leurs formalit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res au sein de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne. Un num\u00e9ro EORI est <b>obligatoire pour effectuer des importations et des exportations<\/b> au sein de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et il est valable dans tous les \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;UE.<\/p>\n<p>Le <b>num\u00e9ro EORI<\/b> est utilis\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res \u00e0 de nombreuses fins : donn\u00e9es, statistiques, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Avez-vous besoin d&rsquo;un num\u00e9ro EORI pour vos importations et\/ou exportations au sein de l&rsquo;UE ?<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e8s qu&rsquo;<strong>une entreprise effectue des op\u00e9rations douani\u00e8res dans l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne<\/strong> (par exemple, une mise \u00e0 la consommation), un <strong>num\u00e9ro EORI est n\u00e9cessaire pour le d\u00e9douanement<\/strong>. Un num\u00e9ro EORI est obligatoire pour toutes les entreprises, quel que soit leur lieu d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement.
