semblait signifier l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de toute activit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport, or ce n&rsquo;est absolument pas le cas pour le fret<\/i>\u00ab\u00a0,\u00a0tient \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser <strong>Pierre Mathez<\/strong>, PDG de MATHEZ FREIGHT, l&rsquo;un des plus importants agents implant\u00e9s historiquement sur le Terminal Cargo.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Les entreprises grassoises ont pu continuer \u00e0 exporter:<\/strong><\/p><blockquote><p>L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 fret durant le confinement n&rsquo;a jamais cess\u00e9. Nous avons assur\u00e9 le transfert du fret a\u00e9rien via des navettes routi\u00e8res vers d&rsquo;autres grandes plateformes a\u00e9roportuaires comme Roissy, Zurich ou Francfort, encore reli\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;international. Ainsi les entreprises grassoises ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 produire et \u00e0 exporter des ar\u00f4mes et des huiles essentielles, utilis\u00e9s notamment dans la production de produits nettoyants.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cff65b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4cff65b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pierre Mathez d\u00e9plore que cette activit\u00e9 primordiale, tant pour la plateforme a\u00e9roportuaire que pour l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie azur\u00e9enne, soit moins reconnue que le trafic passagers ou celui des vols priv\u00e9s. <b>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Mercier<\/b>, responsable de Mathez Transports, compl\u00e8te :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<i>l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 fret en soute pour les compagnies fournit 10% &#8211; voire plus &#8211; de la rentabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une ligne r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. C&rsquo;est un apport non n\u00e9gligeable pour des gros porteurs comme Swiss, British Airways, Turkish Airlines ou Lufthansa \u00e0 Nice<\/i>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>La crise sanitaire a malgr\u00e9 tout cass\u00e9 la belle croissance de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du fret<\/strong> sur l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport en 2019, qui s&rsquo;est poursuivie jusqu&rsquo;en f\u00e9vrier (+16%). En mars, la chute a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 48%.
