bien dans la logistique que dans l&rsquo;expertise r\u00e9glementaire. L&rsquo;entreprise poss\u00e8de notamment deux agences, une \u00e0 La Ciotat et une \u00e0 Saint Mandrier. Elles sont tourn\u00e9es essentiellement vers l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du yachting, en liaison directe avec les chantiers de refit locaux, comme MB 92, Monaco Marine ou encore IMS.\u00a0<\/p><h3>Formalit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res et logistique<\/h3><p>Ces agences, sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du commissionnaire en douane Alain Rigaud, assistent ces chantiers dans leurs relations avec la douane et les services fiscaux. En tant qu&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaires, ils se chargent ensemble de toutes les formalit\u00e9s \u00e0 effectuer en fonction des diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes douaniers et fiscaux auxquels peuvent \u00eatre soumis les yachts selon leur pavillon.<\/p><p>Ces formalit\u00e9s concernent notamment les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es, \u00e0, la fois celles qui doivent quitter le chantier et celles qui arrivent de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger (&#8230;).<\/p><blockquote><p>En fonction de la situation douani\u00e8re et fiscale du bateau, on effectue les formalit\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence : exon\u00e9rations totales ou partielles, ou acquittements, si n\u00e9cessaire, de la
