Par contre si la demande reste basse, le march\u00e9 reviendra \u00e0 une stabilit\u00e9 et les compagnies baisseront leurs prix.<\/p><blockquote><p>Votre transitaire conna\u00eet l\u2019\u00e9tat du march\u00e9. Il est votre bras arm\u00e9 pour n\u00e9gocier vos taux en fonction du march\u00e9 et non pas de la volont\u00e9 de tiers.<\/p><\/blockquote><h2><strong>Stabiliser ses co\u00fbts de transport: mission (presque) impossible<\/strong><\/h2><p>En tant que responsable d\u2019entreprise, vous aimeriez <b>conna\u00eetre \u00e0 l\u2019avance les fluctuations des co\u00fbts<\/b> du transport, et les \u00e9viter autant que possible. Si vous exp\u00e9diez toujours le m\u00eame volume de marchandise par avion ou container complet, le prix peut rester relativement stable dans le temps. Mais d\u00e8s que vous travaillez avec des volumes variables ou du multimodal, les fluctuations seront difficilement\u00a0pr\u00e9visibles.<\/p><p>On assiste dans ce cas \u00e0 un <b>conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat potentiel entre les d\u00e9partements commercial, financier et logistique<\/b>. Le commercial veut disposer d\u2019un stock suffisant pour pouvoir vendre \u00e0 ses clients. Le logisticien au contraire ne veut pas trop stocker, car stocker co\u00fbte cher. Le financier, lui, ne veut pas non plus trop stocker pour ne pas immobiliser du capital, et en plus il veut conna\u00eetre \u00e0 l\u2019avance la proportion du co\u00fbt du transport \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 son prix d\u2019achat.
