Le navire rachet\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9 dans un chantier naval de Naples. D\u2019une longueur de 155 m\u00e8tres, il peut accueillir 1.400 passagers et 450 v\u00e9hicules. Il dispose \u00e0 bord de 300\u00a0 cabines pour les travers\u00e9es de nuit avec une salle de spectacle et plusieurs restaurants.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Le groupe ni\u00e7ois Mathez se voit confier les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019armateur \u00e0 Nice <\/b>(&#8230;) Le groupe Mathez, transitaire et commissionnaire en douane dans l\u2019a\u00e9rien, le routier et le maritime, d\u00e9veloppe cette activit\u00e9 dans l\u2019affr\u00e8tement maritime. C\u2019est le cas pour le transport de ciment entre Nice et la Corse, mais aussi le transport de yachts ou encore l\u2019activit\u00e9 de croisi\u00e8re o\u00f9 il repr\u00e9sente sur
