unpredictable: you have to find solutions, and that gets the adrenalin flowing! The recipe for success is to engage with the right people, and to build good relationships with them.  <\/p><h3>Why do you work in logistics?<\/h3><p>I discovered the supply chain at college, and years later, I&#8217;m still learning! New country specificities, products, and above all adapting to the culture of partner agents. It&#8217;s a great pleasure to meet and exchange ideas with them at international conferences.  <\/p><h3>A typical day at CDG office?<\/h3><p>There aren&#8217;t any! And so much the better. I had known this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mathezfreight.com\/en\/about\/agencies\/\">French forwarder<\/a> for a long time via the WCA network. I&#8217;ve worked in various transport specialties before (air, sea, NVOCC, agency opening, expatriation&#8230;) and I&#8217;ve always enjoyed working on networks. I&#8217;m delighted to find that MATHEZ FREIGHT gives me the autonomy to develop a <strong>real networking policy<\/strong>!   <\/p><h2>What is your role as Overseas Network Manager?<\/h2><p>My role is to establish <strong>solid partnerships<\/strong> with <strong>counterpart freight agents<\/strong> to ensure the end-to-end handling of our shipments, anywhere in the world:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: -5px;\"><li>launch and develop our <strong>collaborations<\/strong>,<\/li><li>support operators in finding solutions to the <strong>specific needs<\/strong> of our partners,<\/li><li>develop flows on <strong>specific sectors or routes<\/strong><\/li><li>Identify, choose and be present on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mathezfreight.com\/en\/about\/networks\/\">best networks &#8211;<\/a><\/strong><strong>WCA<\/strong> and <strong>X2<\/strong> of course, but also <strong>Hi tech Forwarder Network<\/strong>, and for our specific products <strong>Aviation Logistics Network<\/strong> and <strong>Automobile Logistics Network<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><h2>How does MATHEZ FREIGHT select its partner agents abroad?<\/h2><p>We work first and foremost with the <strong>agents in our networks<\/strong>, with whom we have been able to develop <strong>trusting relationships<\/strong>. So we can optimize our customers&#8217; flows and manage the difficulties that never fail to arise in the freight business. <\/p><blockquote><p>Our closest partners have the same DNA as we do: professional, reliable and ethical. This enables us to be fair and efficient in the face of difficulties as well as opportunities. <\/p><\/blockquote><p>.We meet a lot of agents at trade shows in <b>trusted communities<\/b>: we see those who have become friends, but also the friends of those friends, and we can meet new partners for special needs We are pleased to welcome agents who come to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mathezfreight.com\/en\/about\/agencies\/roissy\/\">Paris-CDG<\/a><\/strong> on European tours.<\/p><p>Then, the key to working together is to be <b>available and responsive<\/b>, to provide urgent answers to operations,  <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><b>offer solutions <\/b>to every request. When you trust each other,  <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">you can call on an agent directly without having to make requests from all directions: you know that he or she works well and at the right price.  <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">It&#8217;s the opposite of freight exchange platforms!<\/span><\/p><h2><strong>How do you see the development of freight networks?<\/strong><\/h2><p>We are already part of the <b>best generalist networks<\/b>, which enables us to set up new <b>sector-based<\/b> collaborations <b>to ensure the best possible service<\/b> for our customers worldwide. We won&#8217;t be integrating any new networks, except those that are <b>specialized<\/b> in high value-added segments. <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">With the <b>Aviation Logistics Network<\/b>, for example, we have significantly increased our <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mathezfreight.com\/en\/solutions\/freight\/aog\/\">AOG and aeronautical business<\/a><\/b>, and our dedicated department gained genuine recognition from specialist players.<br>We are also closely monitoring the <\/span>  <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><b>freight digitalization<\/b>.
