Consignor&#8221; status<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2>A European imperative for air cargo security<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Air cargo screening<\/span>&nbsp; is essential to the security of air shipments. Authorized methods include the useof <b>X-ray <\/b> controllers and <b>dog handlers<\/b>. These checks are carried out by <b>approved companies<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>To combat the <b>risks of terrorism<\/b> and the presence of explosives on board aircraft, <b>European regulations<\/b>&nbsp; are evolving. This includes guaranteeing the absence of prohibited items in <b>hermetically sealed containers&nbsp;transported by air<\/b>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In France, &nbsp;the <b>DSAC (Direction de la suret\u00e9 de l&#8217;aviation civile<\/b>) has anticipated these developments&nbsp; to&nbsp;ensure that the transport of goods by air remains safe, reliable and in line with <b>international standards<\/b>.
